SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of your order (unless specified or marked for Preorder).

• All products marked for PREORDER will require an additional 1-2 weeks delivery lead time, over and above the mentioned delivery lead time.

• Shipping within UK: for standard delivery allow approximately 3-5 business days for delivery.

• Shipping with UK: for Tracked 48 delivery, allow 2-3 business days

• Shipping to Europe: allow approximately 4-6 business days for delivery

• Shipping worldwide: allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery for orders

• Delivery prices are dynamic and subject to change depending on weight. All prices and delivery times are an approximate estimate.

• International customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. House of Katran cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping outside the UK.

• Delivery charges + any extra charges are non-refundable in case the package is returned to us due to unpaid taxes by the international customers on non-delivery.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery details. Any extra charges due to submission of incorrect details are not covered by House of Katran
